Rhodell Sherman
Founder & CEO, Neurocraft Hub
Motivated by her own experiences, Rhodell founded Neurocraft Hub to support neurodiverse children and young adults bridge skills gaps, offering support beyond the classroom to build self-awareness, functional skills, and confidence for lifelong growth. She brings deep understanding and a commitment to creating practical, inclusive pathways that empower young people through hands-on experience. Rhodell believes that every neurodiverse young person deserves support to unlock their potential beyond the classroom.

Catia Soares, BSc (Hons) Psychology
Communications Lead, Neurocraft Hub
Catia has a background in psychology, with a deep passion for the wellbeing of children and families. She believes that understanding and empathy are key to positive growth, both individually and within communities. Alongside her work in mental health and wellbeing, Catia leads on Neurocraft Hub’s communications, helping to share knowledge, raise awareness, and build meaningful connections between families, educators, and the wider community.

Faria Rahman
Family Coordinator, Neurocraft Hub
Drawing on her own experiences, Faria recognised that families of neurodiverse children need as much care and support as the children themselves. As an Applied Behaviour Analyst (ABA), she leads as the Family Coordinator at Neurocraft Hub, advocating for parents’ wellbeing, ensuring they have the understanding, resources, and confidence to care for themselves while supporting their children’s growth. Faria believes that when families are empowered, children thrive.

Suchit is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years in investments and ventures across India and the UK. He brings strategic insight and a commitment to sustainable growth to help Neurocraft Hub make a lasting impact. His guidance helps us grow responsibly and make a lasting difference for the communities we serve.

Paula Byrne
SENCO | Designated Safeguarding Lead | Behaviour & CPD Specialist
Paula is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. With many years of experience supporting learners with additional needs, she leads on inclusion, safeguarding, and behaviour at Neurocraft Hub and St Charles Catholic Primary school. Paula believes that when teachers are well supported, students thrive, which is why she’s also dedicated to developing high-quality professional learning for staff. Her warm, collaborative approach helps Neurocraft Hub, and families work together to create safe, supportive, and inspiring learning spaces for all.
